All 3 and 4-year-old's are entitled to 15 hours per week of funded early education and childcare for 38 weeks per year. This amounts to a total of 570 hours per year. As we are open all year round, we stretch the funding across the year i.e. approximately 11 hours per week. A child becomes eligible from the term following their third birthday. Parents of eligible children are not required to take any action as EDNS will apply for this funding on their behalf.

Some working parents of 3 and 4-year old's may be eligible for an extra 15 hours a week. To view the eligibility criteria and to apply, please click here. HMRC will issue an 11-digit code to parents of eligible children. The parent who applied will need to reconfirm their details to HMRC and their Local Authority every 3 months.

For every £8 a parent pays into the child account the Government pays a £2 top-up into the account. The Government will pay up to £2000 per year (or £4000 per year for a disabled child). Visit here for further information.

Parents who joined the childcare voucher scheme on or before 4 October 2018 may be able to use Childcare Vouchers. For more information and to apply, click here.

We have recently signed up to a workplace nursery benefit scheme run by Enjoy Benefits . If your employer is a member of the Scheme it can be used to save money on your nursery fees. Enjoy Benefits will act on behalf of an employer to manage the workplace nursery provision. For more details

We warmly invite prospective parents and children to visit our school throughout the year. This would include a tour of the school and an opportunity to meet teachers and students whilst observing the school in action.

Prospective parents are welcome to meet with the head, ask questions and discuss their child's future at the school.

Children may enter our school at any age, please contact us for further details of entry.

Registration & Deposit

To apply for a place at Eveline Day School you must register your child or children. There is a non refundable registration fee of £50 for each child.

Any child that attends one of our nurseries has automatic entrance to our school.

The deposit is retained by the Nursery until the child leaves and will be refunded one month after the child leaves providing that a months notice has been given prior to the child leaving and that no additional payments or fees are outstanding. If there is money outstanding to the Nursery, this will be deducted from the deposit.

The deposit is non refundable if the place has been accepted and the child does not attend.

All fees are inclusive of full day care and food. Hours daily are from 7:30am – 6:30pm Monday to Friday. Fees are paid weekly, monthly or termly in advance, preferably by standing order.

Fees are payable all year round including Bank Holidays and one week at Christmas when we are closed. Refunds or deductions cannot be made if a child is ill, or on holiday or for any other reason.

At present we review our fees annually and we intend to continue this practice, however, we reserve the right to alter fees at any time should this become necessary. We will always give at least one month’s notice of any alteration to the fees.
