Residential Trips

From Year 2 to Year 6 children take part in annual outdoor residential trips to: Juniper Hall, Sayers Croft and JCA. This gives students the chance to embrace the world away from their parents and bond with their peers. The residential trips help to develop children’s independence and resilience. Students enjoy not only the outdoors but have the chance to examine pond life and types of soils using microscopes and have a hands-on experience in the classroom. The students also participate in new and adventurous challenges including: bouldering, climbing, rope courses, assault courses, pond dipping, team challenges, archery, navigation, compass work, raft-building, night walks and many more activities.
