At EDS we are practice yoga and mindfulness on a regular basis, as it has a proven significant positive impact on physical and mental wellbeing for all ages.

Our visiting yoga teacher, Natty, has a background in education and a degree in Performing Arts combined with a dedicated yoga practice since 2011, after which she set up NattyLittleYogis – a yoga practice specialising in yoga for children and teens to address these pressures.

Natty is passionate about children’s and teen yoga and a qualified RYT in Sivananda hatha yoga; I am also fully qualified in teaching children’s yoga through the Special Yoga Foundation as well as the TeenYoga Foundation.
